You are a refined, an educated person, right? I know, because you are reading this. You are searching for higher things which only a civilized person does. You are hungry for beautiful and nice things...looking for virtues. In fact you possessed many virtues, not all of course...You may have patience, self control, joy, peace, goodwill to all men and many other wonderful trait. But you wonder why despite all those virtues you have, you experienced bad treatment from many of the people around you. The bad treatment maybe off and on, or non stop. In fact, they may have even branded you as some what of sinister person or other malevolent names.If these things are happening to you, then know that the BEST OF THEM ARE BRIERS.
Do you know what briers are? Briers are thorny bushes that may look good, but will caused you to bleed. If you do not know how to handle them, they gonna hurt you. Many a peaceful birds were entangled within these briers, and died. They are symbols of uncultivated people. Desolate in terms of a good heart. So this is the difference between the briers and you.
